Avoid dispensing more than the required amount as this can cause
excessive foaming.
– Only use low foaming detergents.
– Dispense according to the detergent manufacturer's recommenda-
tions.
The amount to dispense will depend on:
– the amount of laundry
– the water hardness level in your area
– the type and level of soiling of the laundry

Check with your local water supplier if you do not know the water
hardness level in your area.

Select a program (e.g. Program1 Cottons hygiene) by turning the
multifunction selector.
