Opening the door and drain valve in an emergency
Power failure dur-
ing the washing
process
Switch off the machine.
Switch the machine off at the on-site power switch.
Close the on-site non-return valves for water or steam.
To remove the laundry, first open the drain valve manually and then
manually unlock the door.
Insert a wrench (max. size10/11mm) into the slot in the back of the
machine.
Open the drain valve by pushing on the lever behind the back panel
of the machine.
Maintain the pressure on the lever until the machine has drained
completely.
The wash water will drain.
The emergency drain closes automatically when you remove the
wrench.
