SECTION 6: T200 FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW T200 User's Manual
PAGE 6-53
Note:- the T200 provides a measurement of the Regeneration Continuous Power over the last averaging period. The
'?LRR' Hand Held terminal command will display the average energy which has been expended over that period. This
will help in sizing the regeneration resistance needed. This power measurement is accurate to ± 10% of the actual
regeneration power being expended.
If WinDrive is used the calculated average regen energy can be displayed via the parameter
EXTREGEN.ACTUALPOWER within the EUI dialog box.
Resolver Fault [ F 8 ]
Moog Servo drive systems utilise resolver-based motor-shaft-position feedback. The resolver is an integral part of the
servo-motor and is connected to the servo-drive via a dedicated resolver cable. The T200 has built in resolver checking
algorithm that continually monitors the resolver inputs and checks for cable breaks. If resolver signals are not present
then the drive disables and the fault is latched.
Analog Power Supply Fault [ F 9 ]
This fault occurs in the event of the internal analog-control power-supply voltages falling below pre-set levels. This can
happen if the power supplies are overloaded. If this fault occurs then the drive is disabled and the fault is latched.
NOTE:- If a D.C. Bus overvoltage fault occurs check that the regeneration circuit is suitable
for the application. Consult Moog for further details.
CAUTION:- If this fault occurs check that adequate voltage levels exist on the backup
power supply (24V and isolated 120Va.c.). If fault persists consult Moog.
CAUTION:- If this fault occurs check that the resolver cable is plugged in correctly at
both the motor and the Servo-drive. If this does not solve the problem check that the cable
is intact. If fault persists consult Moog.
