6.8.2 Fault History Record
The T200 records all faults and warnings as these occur in a special non-volatile memory. Approximately every
0.5seconds the T200 checks have any new faults been reported. The time stamp is relative to the time the drive is
powered.
The T200 has sufficient space to record 1024 such faults or warnings, so that it should be able to continue recording
such fault and warning data for a significant number of fault occurrences. No way of erasing this data is provided.
To avoid filling up memory space with irrelevent data, recorded data are separated in two categories, Faults and
Warnings.
Faults will be latched and need to be reset with a positive transition of the enable signal. Only the first occurence of a
fault after it is reset will be recorded. Faults are recorded in both Enabled and Disabled Drive state.
Warnings will only be recorded at their first occurence if the T200 is enabled. This avoids repetitive recording of e.g.
position following errors.
Faults and warnings are described in section 10, Trouble-Shooting Guide.
The WinDrive interface provides a means of uploading the fault data and printing this to an ASCII file with a user
record of the application. See Section 7.9.6 for further details.
