10.5 'U' Symbol Followed by Number on Seven-Segment Display (Warnings)
The following section deals with T200 warnings. These are usually fault conditions which do not require that the T200
immediately remove high power from its power amplifier. However some of these warning conditions will cause the
T200 to servo-stop and disable.
10.5.1 Warning Type: U1 (a.c. Mains has not been applied) on 7-Segment Display
The U1 Warning is displayed when a.c. Mains power has not been applied on T200-X10 units, OR the Power-RDY
digital input has not been activated on T200-X00 units. The T200 cannot generate torque in the motor when U1 is
present.

The high voltage a.c. mains is not available at TB2. Check the availability of high power
by checking the status of the Mains-Applied and the Bus-Active LED's.
[Check using Section a.c. Mains Power disconnected from T200 TB2 Connector, that the
mains can be safely reconnected to TB2.]
Power Ready digital
input has not been
activated (T200-X00
units ONLY)
Check the status of the Power Ready digital input. This can be done by using the
WinDrive, Drive, Drive-Status menu item.
[Check that the PWR-RDY digital input on J1 of this T200-X00, has been driven by the
PWR_RDY± relay output on TB4 of a T200-X10 which supplies DC-Bus high voltage to
this T200-X00.]
