Voice Announcement
This feature enables the radio to audibly indicate the
current Zone or Channel the user has just assigned,
or programmable button press. This audio indicator
can be customized per customer requirements.
Press the programmed Voice Announcement
button.
Setting the Text-to-Speech Feature
Note:
The Text-to-Speech feature can only be
enabled via the MOTOTRBO Customer
Programming Software. If enabled, the Voice
Announcement feature is automatically
disabled, and vice versa. Check with your
dealer or system administrator for more
information.
This feature enables the radio to audibly indicate the
following features:
Current Channel
Current Zone
Programmed button feature on or off
Press the programmed Voice Announcement
button to toggle this feature on or off.
Checking the Battery Strength
You can check how much battery power you have
left.
Press the programmed Battery Strength button to
view the battery strength via the LED indicator.
LED indicator Indication
Solid Yellow Radio has a fair battery
charge.
Solid Green Radio has a full battery
charge.
