I am unable to use the Smart card reader in my VMware Virtual Machine.
What should I do?
During the VMWare View Agent installation, you must enable the support
for PCoIP Smart card. It is disabled by default (see below).
Why doesn’t my IP Address show up under the OSM/Admin/System Info
page?
This happens when there are recent changes to your IP Address. The OSM
just reads what the Teradici Firmware is reporting and sometimes this com-
munication isn’t instantaneous. Try closing then reopening the OSM.
