4. CALL HOLD [C-6]: Activation of CALL BACK is not allowed if the calling or called station has a
party on CALL HOLD [C-6]. CALL BACK can be activated against a D
term
that is holding a call
or is being held via EXCLUSIVE HOLD [E-4D] or NON-EXCLUSIVE HOLD [N-7D].
5. Call Back cannot be activated toward the Attendant Console.
6. When CALL FORWARDING -ALL CALLS [C-5] has been set from Station A to Station B, and
Station B is busy, the CALL BACK feature will be set against Station B.
7. CALL BACK [C-1] cannot be activated when using CONSULTATION HOLD [C-17].
