During the approach procedure, observe variations of the Mag signal in the software
oscilloscope and state of the scanner extension indicator. Wait until the procedure
completes.
Providing the approach parameters are set correctly, the approach procedure completes in
about 10 to 30 seconds and the system goes to following state (see Fig. 7-50):
