Solver NEXT SPM consists of the following main units:
● Solver NEXT measuring unit;
● SPM controller;
● Computer.
Besides, the delivery set of the Solver NEXT SPM can be optionally extended with:
● Measuring head for liquid environment;
● Liquid cell;
● Measuring head of the nanoindenter;
● Heating stage;
● Vibration isolation system.
Fig. 1-2 shows a schematic diagram of the Solver NEXT measuring unit.
