Upgrade PRISMAsync from server
Introduction
You can update the printer with the latest PRISMAsync software that is available from the service
organization. The service organization stores the software on the ORS server for your device.
Before you begin
Remote Service must be available.
Procedure
NOTE
You must log in as System Administrator to upgrade the software.
1.
Access the Settings Editor.
2.
Click [Support] -> [Software updates].
3.
In the [PRISMAsync upgrades] section, click [Upgrade from server]. Select the available version.
If no version is visible, the service organization has not made a version available.
4.
After you downloaded the version, you must install this version.
5.
When the upgrade is completed you must restart the system.
