This screen is accessible only by users designated as an ACD supervisor. This screen can be accessed only
in On-line mode.
8.4.1 Users—ICDG Management—Group Monitor
Description
Users designated as an ACD supervisor can specify an ICD group to monitor, set monitoring conditions, and
begin monitoring.
Supervisor selection
Selects the ACD supervisor from a drop-down list.
This operation is available only at the User (Administrator) level.

Start Monitor
Click the Start Monitor button to start monitoring the target ICD group. This feature requires the Call Centre
Feature Enhancement activation key. If this activation key is not installed, the Start Monitor button is greyed
out.
