How to Use
Set up the model-type damping filter using the following parameters.

frequency
Defines the resonance frequency of the model-type
damping lter's load.
The unit is [0.1 Hz].

damping ratio
Denes the resonance attenuation ratio of the model-
type damping lter's load.
The attenuation ratio can be set as the setup value
multiplied by 0.001. The value of 1000 results in an
attenuation of 1 (no peak). The smaller the setup value,
the smaller the attenuation ratio (higher resonance
peak).

frequency
Defines the anti-resonance frequency of the model-
type damping lter's load.
The unit is [0.1 Hz].

damping ratio
Defines the anti-resonance attenuation ratio of the
model-type damping lter's load.
