6. Rotate prop shaft until roll pin is approximately
between the two and three o’clock position.
7. Use Roll Pin Removal Tool (D) through right wheel
well to drive roll pin from prop shaft.
8. Slide prop shaft back and off the front gearcase input
shaft, then pull shaft forward and off the transaxle
output shaft.
9. Remove 48 Volt fuse block (E).
10. Disconnect large battery cable from battery terminal
(F) and immediately re-install the smaller cable and
secure with the terminal nut. Insulate the free end of
the removed cable thoroughly with electrical tape.
11. Check to be sure cables and wiring are clear to allow
prop shaft to be lifted out the rear of the machine.
NOTE
If additional cables must be removed, insulate the
removed end thoroughly with electrical tape so they
cannot come in contact with the contactor, controller, or
any other battery terminal. Secure out of the way.
