DRIVE MOTOR SERVICE
DRIVE MOTOR REMOVAL
1. Turn key switch OFF.
2. Set parking brake.
3. Set direction selector switch to NEUTRAL.
4. Remove seat, storage trays, and cargo box Seat /
Storage Trays, page .
5. Disconnect main power connector. See: Main Power
Connector, page
CAUTION
Failure to disconnect the main power connector can
permanently damage electrical components.
6. Be sure cable identification tags U, V, and W are in
place on cables (at the motor end) so they can be
properly connected upon installation. If cables tags
are missing, mark cables location before removal.
7. Remove three cables from drive motor terminal
block.
8. Push tab

drive motor.
9. Remove the three upper motor mount bolts

10. Remove lower motor mount bolt
