3. Lift tabs (A) on each side of the bulb to detach wire
harness. Pull on the connector, not on the wiring.
4. Install the wire harness into the new headlight bulb.
5. Install the bulb into the housing and rotate it
clockwise 90° to lock it in place.
NOTE
Disconnect the Main Power Connector (see chapter 1)
before disconnecting any electrical component. The
Main Power Connector is the first to disconnect and the
last to connect when servicing the electrical system.
HEADLIGHT HOUSING REMOVAL
1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the bulb from the headlight housing (see
“Headlight Bulb Replacement”).
3. Remove the O-rings

from each side of the
headlight housing. Remove the adjustment screw

and pull the headlight from the brackets.
