Gauge Removal:
1. Disconnect the Main Power Connector under the
seat (See Main Power Connector, page 1.20).
2. Reach under the dash panel and press on the top
and bottom of the gauge retainer while pushing on
the back side of the gauge. The pressure applied will
release the tabs on the right and left of the gauge
and allow the gauge (1) to be removed from the
display side of the dash panel.
3. Remove hour meter wires and fuel gauge connector
from the back side of the gauge.
4. Reverse removal procedures to reinstall the gauge.
CHARGE STATUS INDICATOR
When charging the batteries, the charge status indicator
LED light (D) flashes and changes color to indicate the
status of the charge cycle. See Table 2. Current to the
LED (and therefore the color of the LED) is controlled by
the VCIM.
