Pilot Trial
The pilot ame trial is in progress
Post Purge In Progress
The boiler is in the post purge state
Purge Complete
The purge has been completed
Purging
The purge state is in progress
Released To Modulate
The burner has been released to modulate
Safe Start
Safe start tests are executed prior to the purge cycle. Safety relay is tested, no scanner false ame is detected, all parameters
and curve data are checked for validity, and all servos are cycled and checked against previous feedback data.
Scanner Check 24 Hr Recycle
The boiler is cycling for a 24 hours ame scanner test
Scanner Sees Flame
The scanner is detecting a ame
Servo Check
The servos are checking their limits and feedback data
Single Fuel Not Selected
Either no fuel is selected or more than one fuel is selected
Test Hold Pilot
The FlexFit is holding the burner at the ignition position because the pilot test hold parameter is set to ON.
Time/Date Changed
The FlexFit's time and/or date has been changed.
Warm Standby
The burner is ring and holding at low re to keep the boiler in warm standby
Curve Commissioning Error Messages
Can Not DELETE! Must Be Near An Existing Point
The point cannot be deleted because the fuel servo is not near an existing curve point.
Can't VERIFY. Fuel Points Too Close
The point cannot be veried because it is too close to an existing point. The FlexFit requires a minimum separation of 2 degrees
between fuel points.
Can't VERIFY. Slope Too Great
The point cannot be veried. The FlexFit requires that for every 1 degree of fuel servo movement, the other devices may move
a maximum of 10 degrees.
Can't Verify - Fuel Value Must Be Greater Than First Fuel Value
The point cannot be veried because the fuel valve is < the minimum fuel valve position. The rst fuel point should be within
the range of the fuel curve points.
Error! At Least 3 Points Must Be Stored Before Using VERIFY
Cannot enter verify mode because at least three fuel points have not been stored.
Error! Fuel Values Must Be In Ascending Order
The fuel valve points must be entered in ascending order (point 2 > point 1; point 3 > point 2; etc.)
Error, ..Busy..
The FlexFit cannot perform the selected action at this time.
