P1.3.11 Fuel2 leak teSt oPtIon
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flex Sequences > Flex Gas Leak Test Password Level: Engineer Restricted? Yes
This is enabled when fuel 2 valve leak testing is required.
Options: Disabled: Leak testing is not used or required
Post Purge: Leak testing is performed after post purge. If a limit opens during the post purge leak test or it can't be
completed for some other reason, the FlexFit will instead perform a leak test pre-purge.
Post & Pre Purge: Leak testing is both performed after post purge and before purge.
P1.3.12 Fuel2 leak teSt Sec
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flex Sequences > Flex Gas Leak Test Password Level: Engineer Restricted? Yes
This determines the leak test duration (seconds). After venting/pressurizing the test section, this is the time delay to detect a pressure
rise/fall due to a Safety Shutoff Valve (SSOV) leak.
Options: 10 to 90 [Default 60]
Fuel-Air
Fuel-Air > FD VSD
P2.1.1 Fd VSd raw Feedback @15 hz
Menu > Setup > 4-20 Calibration Password Level: Technician Restricted? Yes
Corresponds to the VSD raw feedback reading when the FD VSD is running at 15 Hz
Options: 0.00 to 60.00 [Default 15.00]
P2.1.2 Fd VSd raw Feedback @54 hz
Menu > Setup > 4-20 Calibration Password Level: Technician Restricted? Yes
Corresponds to the VSD raw feedback reading when the FD VSD is running at 54 Hz
Options: 0.00 to 60.00 [Default 54.00]
P2.1.3 raMP rate Sec/30hz, Fd VSd
Menu > Tuning > FD VSD Password Level: Technician Restricted? Yes
This determines the time (seconds) the VSD requires to make a 30 Hz speed change in response to a FlexFit 4-20 mA RPM setpoint
change.
Options: 8 to 30 [Default 15]
P2.1.4 MIn hz, Fd VSd
Menu > Tuning > FD VSD Password Level: Technician Restricted? Yes
Determines the minimum Hz the FlexFit will send to the FD VSD
Options: 5.00 to 50.00 [Default 5.00]
P2.1.5 Fd VSd oFF-curVe lockout deadband, hz
Menu > Tuning > FD VSD Password Level: Technician Restricted? No
This sets the maximum difference between the VSD Hz input and the VSD Hz feedback. If the +/- difference between the VSD Hz
command input and the VSD Hz feedback output exceeds "FD VSD Off-Curve Lockout Deadband, Hz" for more than 3 seconds
while ring, an "FD VSD Not at Position" Lockout will occur.
Options: 0.2 to 0.8 [Default 0.4]
Note Smaller values of "FD VSD Off-Curve Lockout Deadband, Hz" can cause nuisance burner trips; larger values can
cause less accurate fuel/air ratio control.
Fuel-Air > Aux 2
P2.2.1 aux2 raw Feedback @25 Pct
Menu > Setup > 4-20 Calibration Password Level: Technician Restricted? Yes
Corresponds to the Aux2 raw feedback reading when the Aux2 device is running at 25 percent
Options: 0.00 to 100.00 [Default 25.00]
P2.2.2 aux2 raw Feedback @90 Pct
Menu > Setup > 4-20 Calibration Password Level: Technician Restricted? Yes
Corresponds to the Aux2 raw feedback reading when the Aux2 device is running at 90 percent
Options: 0.00-100.00 [Default 90.00]
