LCD Messages
The FlexFit LCD messages that are listed on the following pages describe alarm and shutdown conditions. This alphabetical list of
messages provides explanations and possible corrective actions that the technician can use as a starting pointing for troubleshooting.
Normal Operating Messages
The following list of messages, when displayed, denote normal boiler operation.
15 Sec MTFI
A 15 seconds MTFI is in progress
ALFCO Moving To Low Fire
The burner has been shutdown and is moving to low re prior to shutting the fuel valves.
Cold Start Warm Up
The FlexFit is in a cold start cycle. The ring rate will be incremented in stages until the burner warms up. See "Firing Rate >
Cold Start Warmup" on page 4-75 for more information.
Commission Mode Disabled
Commission mode has been disabled.
Commission Mode Enabled
Commission mode has been enabled.
Commission Mode
The FlexFit is currently in commission mode.
Direct Spark Trial
A direct spark ame trial is in progress.
Domestic Hot Water Override
The boiler is modulating due to T27 being energized or due to boiler temperature being less than "P3.5.2 DHW, Rate PID
Override SP". See "Firing Rate > LFH-DHW-Warm Standby" on page 4-75 for more information.
FGR Temp Low Fire Hold
FGR will not engage during low re due to low ue temperature. See "Fuel-Air > FGR" on page 4-69 for more information.
FR Controller Off
The ring rate controller is off.
