P4.3.1 adjuStable Start draFt oPtIon

This determines the operation of the draft damper servo during Pilot Trial for Ignition (PTFI) and Main Trail for Ignition (MTFI). On
installations with excessively negative draft levels (very tall stack, oversized ID fan, badly leaking stack damper) that are preventing
the burner from lighting off, "Adjustable Start Draft Option" allows the user to set different draft damper positions at the PTFI MTFI
states for each fuel.
Options: Disabled: The draft damper is at the purge position during purge and throughout PTFI and MTFI.
Enabled: The draft damper is at purge position during purge. At the end of purge, the draft servo moves to the cur-
rently selected fuel's adjustable start position. If the measured draft is greater (more positive) than "P4.3.2 Adj Start
Draft SP", the draft servo jogs open. When the measured draft is less (more negative) than the setpoint, the pilot is
energized. Throughout the PTFI and MTFI, if the measured draft becomes more positive than "P4.3.2 Adj Start Draft
SP", the draft servo will again jog open. The draft servo will not jog closed during PTFI or MTFI.
P4.3.2 adj Start draFt SP

If "P4.3.1 Adjustable Start Draft Option" is enabled, this determines the draft setpoint during PTFI and MTFI.
Options: -5.000 to -0.100 [Default -0.500]
Note If "Adj Start Draft SP" is set too close to or above the draft setpoint, then it will be maintained 0.250 less (more
negative) than the draft setpoint.
P4.3.3 Fuel 1 adj Start PoSItIon

Sets the initial adjustable starting draft servo position for fuel 1 after completion of purge.
Options: 10.00 to 120.00 [Default 50.00]

Sets the initial adjustable starting draft servo position for fuel 2 after completion of purge.

Button Sets
The FlexFit front panel button sets 3, 4, and 5 can be customized to control specic servos or 4-20 mA device when in com-
mission mode. The function of each button set pair is congured by the button set parameters.

The front panel button sets 3-5 are user congurable; this parameter determines the function of button set 3.
