Fuel 2 Cutback % at FGR Min Temp". Maximum cutback occurs at or below "P2.5.3 Min Temp., FGR Cutback", and
0% cutback occurs once "P2.5.2 Release Temp, FGR LFH" is reached.
P2.5.2 releaSe teMP, Fgr lFh
Menu > Optional Features > FGR Low Fire Hold Password Level: Technician Restricted? No
Determines the FGR low re hold release temperature
Options: 100.0 to 600.0 [Default 300.0]
Note If this temperature is set too high, then the burner will not leave low re.
Error Check P2.5.2 must be greater than P2.5.3.
P2.5.3 MIn teMP., Fgr cutback
Menu > Optional Features > FGR Low Fire Hold Password Level: Technician Restricted? No
Determines the minimum temperature for FGR cutback
Options: 0.0 to 400.0 [Default 180.0]
Error Check P2.5.2 must be greater than P2.5.3.
P2.5.4 Fuel 1 cutback % at Fgr MIn teMP
Menu > Optional Features > FGR Low Fire Hold Password Level: Technician Restricted? No
This determines the % of FGR cutback, based on ue gas temperature, for fuel 1.
0% means no FGR cutback.
Options: -20.0 to 0.0 [Default -20.0]
P2.5.5 Fuel 2 cutback % at Fgr MIn teMP
Menu > Optional Features > FGR Low Fire Hold Password Level: Technician Restricted? No
This determines the % of FGR cutback, based on ue gas temperature, for fuel 2.
0% means no FGR cutback.
Options: -20.0 to 0.0 [Default -20.0]
P2.5.6 Fgr SerVo check Mode
Menu > Advanced Settings > FGR Servo Check Password Level: Engineer Restricted? Yes
This determines the action of the FGR servo during servo check. The action of the FGR damper during purge is usually dened by
the burner manufacturer.
Options: Closed Then Open: The FGR servo will drive closed then open, during the servo check.
Open Then Closed: The FGR servo will drive open then closed, during the servo check.
Firing Rate
Firing Rate > Basic
P3.1.1 local FIrIng rate control Source
Menu > Setup > Firing Rate Password Level: Technician Restricted? Yes
This is set to match the sensor or transmitter used as the control source for local ring rate control.
Options: 135 Ohm Demand
4-20 P7810 Demand
0-5psi PID
0-25psi PID
0-200psi PID
0-500psi PID
Thermistor PID (Ohms adjustment and temperature scale are determined by P3.1.2 and P3.1.6).
Custom 4-20 mA PID (Zero, span, and decimal point determined by P3.1.3, P3.1.4, and P3.1.5).
Error Checks If "P3.1.5 Dec Pt, Custom Blr Outlet Xmtr" equals xxx.x, then "Local Firing Rate Control Source" cannot be Thermistor
PID.
If "P3.4.1 CFH Local Mode" equals SP Deviation, then "Local Firing Rate Control Source" cannot be 135 Ohm Demand
or 4-20 P7810 Demand.
If "P3.4.5 CFH Remote Mode" equals SP Deviation, then "Local Firing Rate Control Source" cannot be 135 Ohm
Demand or 4-20 P7810 Demand.
If "P3.4.6 Remote Modulation" equals 4-20 mA SP or Modbus SP, then "Local Firing Rate Control Source" cannot
be 135 Ohm Demand or 4-20 P7810 Demand.
If "P3.5.1 T27 Options" equals DHW w/SP Override, then "Local Firing Rate Control Source" cannot be 135 Ohm
Demand or 4-20 P7810 Demand.
Note
If using a Preferred Utili-
ties supplied boiler outlet
sensor, select one of the
following for "Local Firing
Rate Control Source":
P/N 70599 = 0-5psi PID
P/N 70600 = 0-25psi PID
P/N 70601 = 0-200psi PID
P/N 70602 = 0-500psi PID
P/N 70610 (4.5" Therm-
istor) = Thermistor PID
P/N 70611 (8.5" Therm-
istor) = Thermistor PID
