P1.2.4 alarM SP, Flue teMP
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flame Safety Options Password Level: Technician Restricted? No
This determines at what temperature a high ue gas temperature alarm will sound. If the ue gas temperature is greater than the
"Alarm SP, Flue Temp" for more than 10 seconds, the common alarm will be triggered.
Options: 100 to 1000 [Default 1000]
Note 1000 disables the high ue temperature alarm.
P1.2.5 lockout SP, Flue teMP
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flame Safety Options Password Level: Engineer Restricted? Yes
This determines at what temperature a high ue gas temperature lockout will occur. If the ue gas temperature is greater than the
"Lockout SP, Flue Temp" for more than 30 seconds, the common alarm will be triggered and the FlexFit will lockout and shutdown
the burner.
Options: 100 to 1000 [Default 1000]
Note 1000 disables the high ue temperature lockout.
P1.2.6 aSSured low FIre cutoFF
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flame Safety Options Password Level: Engineer Restricted? Yes
After a loss of call for heat, this determines if the burner will drive to low re before shutdown. The Safety Shutoff Valves (SSOVs)
close after the burner reaches the minimum ring rate position.
Options: Disabled: Assured Low Fire Cutoff is not used. SSOVs close immediately after a loss of call for heat.
Enabled: Assured Low Fire Cutoff is used. The combustion servos are commanded to the low re position before
the SSOVs are deenergized.
P1.2.7 hold alarM delay
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flame Safety Options Password Level: Technician Restricted? No
This determines the time (seconds) the FlexFit is allowed to hold before the common alarm is triggered.
Options: 10 to 601 [Default 45]
P1.2.8 hold lockout delay
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flame Safety Options Password Level: Engineer Restricted? Yes
This determines the time (seconds) the FlexFit is allowed to hold before a lockout occurs.
Options: 30 to 600 [Default 120]
P1.2.9 Power FaIl reSPonSe
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flame Safety Options Password Level: Engineer Restricted? Yes
Determines operation of the FlexFit after a power failure
Options: Recycle: When power is restored, a call for heat starts the burner.
Lockout: When power is restored, the FlexFit goes into lockout, requiring a manual reset.

Yes: Fuel 1 Safety Shutoff Valve(s) have POC switch(es) installed.
P1.2.11 Fuel 2 ProoF oF cloSure InStalled
Menu > Advanced Settings > Flame Safety Options Password Level: Engineer Restricted? Yes
Determines if fuel 2 has Proof of Closure (POC) switch(es) installed.
Options: No: POC is not used and not required by code.
Yes: Fuel 2 Safety Shutoff Valve(s) have POC switch(es) installed.
Flame Safety > Flex Sequences
The ex sequence is an optional set of parameters that gives the commissioning engineer more exibility and options related
to burner ignition and gas valve leak testing. When the "Flex Sequences Option" is enabled, the various pilot ame and main ame
timings and whether direct spark ignition is used are set by the subsequent parameters. If the "Flex Sequences Option" is disabled,
the default timing sequence will be used. The "Flex Sequences Option" must also be enabled if gas valve leak testing is to be used.
