Curve Device Setup Or Data Changed, Please Reverify Lockout
A change was made to a servo or analog output device that affects curve values. Reverify/adjust curve points.
Curve Fuel Values Not In Ascending Order Lockout
The fuel servo degrees (X-axis of the curves) must be entered in order from lowest to highest. Clear curves and reenter points.
Direct Spark Trial Flame Failure Lockout
Flame proven contact at terminal FR opened during direct spark trial.
Draft Adjustable Start Interlock Not Made Hold then Lockout
Either the draft servo has not reached "P4.3.3 Fuel 1 Adj Start Position" or "P4.3.4 Fuel 2 Adj Start Position" or the draft is
higher than "P4.3.2 Adj Start Draft SP". Check servo operation and verify that there is a sufciently negative draft available.
Draft Servo Not At Position Hold then Lockout
See section ""... Not at Position" Lockouts" on page 5-87.
Duplicate Button Set Assignment Lockout
Multiple button sets are assigned the same function.
FD Damper Not At Position Hold then Lockout
See section ""... Not at Position" Lockouts" on page 5-87.
FD Fan Mode Changed: Full Speed vs VSD Lockout
The FD Fan can be driven by a VSD controlled motor or by a full speed motor. The mode is determined by terminal 26 and can
only be changed during standby or lockout. The burner will lockout if changed during burner operation.
FD VSD Not Assigned to Buttons 3, 4, or 5 Lockout
If an FD VSD is used, it must be assigned to one of the button sets.
FD VSD Not At Position Hold then Lockout
See section ""... Not at Position" Lockouts" on page 5-87.
FGR Damper Not At Position Hold then Lockout
See section ""... Not at Position" Lockouts" on page 5-87.
FGR Servo Not Assigned to Buttons 3, 4, or 5 Lockout
If an FGR Servo is used, it must be assigned to one of the button sets.
False Flame Hold then Lockout
If a ame is detected during the standby, safe start, prestart, or purge states a lockout will result. A false ame is ignored for
120 seconds after the fuel valves close and for the rst 30 seconds during prestart.
Fan Off, MAF/Trip Interlocks Made Lockout
If parameter "P1.1.4 MAF/Run Interlocks Safe Start Test" is enabled, the trip interlock must be open when the FD fan is off.
Fan Off, PAF/HFP Made Lockout
If parameter "P1.1.5 PAF Switch Installed" is set to "Yes", the purge interlock must be open when the FD fan is off.
Flame Detected During Standby Lockout
A ame was detected during Standby for more than 30 seconds. Visually inspect furnace for burning oil or gas. Run the FD fan
until no ame is detected. Do not attempt to re-light if oil or gas is burning in the furnace. If an IR scanner is used, the false ame
could be caused by the scanner seeing hot refractory. Re-sight scanner so that refractory is not visible, or switch to a UV scanner.
Flame Failure Lockout
Flame proven contact at terminal FR opened when a ame was expected. Check lockout data to determine if this occurred during
MTFI, modulation, or ALFCO. Check scanner sighting and ame appearance during this state or ring rate.
Fuel Not At Position Hold then Lockout
See section ""... Not at Position" Lockouts" on page 5-87.
Fuel Point Max - Min Fuel: Span too small Lockout
The span between the highest detected fuel point and the user entered "Min Fuel" is too small.
Fuel Points Max-Min: Span too small Lockout
The span between the highest detected fuel point and the lowest detected fuel point is too small.
