The configuration of the X21 port consists of selecting the operational speed.
The options available are: 64, 128, 192, 256, 384 and 576Kbps.
IV.6.2.4. Configuration of the RS232 ports
The RS232 ports are there for the transmission/reception of auxiliary data. Here
the operational speed is set for each one.
