Deletes the Netfile (NFA) management files and thumbnails,
and initializes the Job login ID.

PC and the DeskTopBinder software

Initializes the system defaults and interface settings (IP ad-
dresses also), the SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin settings,
WebStatusMonitor settings, and the TELNET settings.
