Symptom
The machine detects the tray full condition for the proof tray before the number of sheets
in the tray has reached capacity when printing onto large-sized, thin, short-grained paper.
Cause
This type of paper is relatively weak and tends to buckle at the proof tray end fence (see
the photo). This blocks the proof tray sensor.
Solution
Attach the proof support tray [A] (included with the finisher), as shown below.
