Jam003 (Tray 1 no-feed): Tandem Left tray does not move correctly
CAUSE 1
The feeler of the Rear Fence Home Position sensor is stuck and remains pressed down
even when there is no paper on the tray, because the shaft of the feeler is detached from
the hook. This may happen when the above sensor and the Left Tray Paper sensor are
accessed using an incorrect procedure in which where the sensor cover is removed
without removing the side fence.
CAUTION: Removing the sensor cover without removing the side fence may also break
the feeler. Always remove the end fence first, as described in the FSM.
