by pressing and holding the Z key

active, the kiln temperature and a
scrolling display “PAUSEd” appear
alternately on the display every 5
seconds. The controller emits a short
beep twice during this time.
• Program execution is suspended,
and the kiln will be held at its current
temperature.
• The pause will come to an end
automatically after a preset period.
• The function is set to 2 h at the
factory.
6.2. Operating notes
6.2.1. Adjusting the firing values during firing
During the program, you can use the controller to change certain firing values:
• You can use the g key to select the desired parameter during the firing process.
• The firing value is shown on the main display, and you can adjust the value, as usual, using the
d and f
keys
• You can only change the values of the program steps being executed or that are still to be executed. Firing
will still carry on as normal while these changes are being made.
• The controller will return to its normal running display 20 seconds after key presses cease (or immediately
after END is displayed).
• Changes made to programs in this way are stored and are used for subsequent firings.
