ENTER AMT. TEND T he cash register is set to require the amount
tendered to be entered.
INVALID PASSCODE A n invalid passcode was entered.
MAX. $ REACHED T he maximum dollar amount is reached.
NO ZERO-PRICES T he cash register is set in System O ptions to
not accept zero price entries for departments
or PL U s in Sales R egistration mode. E nter a
valid price and continue.
OPERATION ERROR You pressed an incorrect key.
PAPER ERROR See if you are out of paper. C heck for a paper
jam. For more information about other
solutions, see page 96.
PLU NOT FOUND T he P L U number is not valid or has not been
programmed. I t is also possible that no P L U
numbers are programmed yet. C heck the P L U
number entered and check your PL U
programming. See page 83 for help.
PRINTER OVERHEAT T he printer is too warm. Finish the current
transaction and then open the Journal cover.
Wait at least 20 minutes before resuming
transactions.
PRINTER PWR. DOWN T he printer power is disrupted. U nplug the
cash register and plug it into a valid power
source. I f you still
see the error, contact
C ustomer Service.
TOO MANY ITEMS Too many items are entered in this
transaction. E nd the sale and ring the
remaining items as a second sale.
WARNING! CHECK ID T he cash register is programmed to prompt
the clerk to check I D for this purchase.
