In the examples below, Department
1 is programmed as taxable with a 5% (TAX 1) rate and
aerk

is used.
EXAMPLE
1: CASH ,SALE WITHOUT TENDERING CHANGE - (Ring up a $1.00
item
in Department 1):

TYPE (100), then PRESS the (DEPARTMENT 1) Key.
2. PRESS the (SUBTOTAL) Key. The Subtotal Key does not
need
to
be
depressed if you
do
not want the subtotal
of
a
sale
to
print.
3. PRESS the (SlIBTOTALfWJTAX) Key.
4. PRESS the (AMT TENDJTOTAL)
Key.
Note: The 9th position will light on the display when the
(AMT TEND/TOTAL) Key
is
operated.
