Chapter 5: Assembly and Disassembly of Parts
Warning
When taking apart the instrument and exchanging parts, make sure that the
power switch is off and the power cord is unplugged.
NOTE
Consult the instruction manual for information regarding the names and function
of the parts in the instrument.
This chapter focuses on information required for maintenance.
The basic disassembly procedure is the focus of this chapter. For assembly,
reverse the sequence of disassembly. Important items regarding assembly are
noted when there is a specific need.
5.1 Internal structure and disassembly method
<Removing the case cover>
1) Remove the two screws (Sems P4 M48) on the rear panel of the case cover, pull
the case cover backwards and lift up to remove it.
2) The internal parts are shown below.
