Procedure
1) Install a water-filled flow cell.
2) Perform the exposure time automatic setting.
Judgment
1) Verify that the set exposure time and W lamp voltage satisfy the specifications.

Procedure
1) Perform the automatic wavelength correction.
2) Perform the automatic wavelength check with both the 1.2 nm slit and 8 nm slit.
However, some items do not require measurement with the 8 nm slit. See the table
below.

2) Confirm that the measurement value and true value difference is less than 1 nm for
the following 5 points.
