3) The contents of the menu for service “Function” are as follows.

Sensor Check
The check of leak sensor of operation is performed.
Set Threshold
Threshold setup is performed.
Calibration
It is used at the time pf adjustment of a leak sensor. (refer 6.19.1.1.)
< Instrument Information >
1) The menu for PDA Utility service menu.
2) The “Instrument Information” button is pushed.
The “Instrument Information” window is displayed.
Serial number and manufact date can be inputted on this screen.
ROM Version, ExposureTime, and W Lamp Voltage are automatically changed after
upgrade.
