CAUTION
The photodiode array (PDA) is extremely sensitive to light. During the operation,
make sure that intense light such as direct sunlight or the flash of a camera does
not impinge upon it.
The surface of M1, M2 and the grating cannot be cleaned. Make sure not to
touch the surface or allow contact with water or dust.
The optical system unit must be adjusted after replacement. When each part is
replaced, temporarily tighten the screws until adjustment is performed.
The optical system unit is fastened from the back of the main unit with screws.
