1) The half mirror is fixed between the D2 lamp housing and the case. After
removing the D2 lamp housing, remove the two screws (sems, P3 M3x6) and
detach.
Window plate (window plate W(16)-Q P/N 205-82654-01)
1) The window plate is attached with adhesive (adhesive, Araldite standard* P/N
017-20122-01).
NOTE
When attaching the lens, make sure not to touch the surface.
The adhesive that attaches the lens is applied on the edge at the top and
bottom of the lens.
Make sure to apply an amount that will not be squeezed out when attaching.
Apply adhesive in the regions
denoted by .
5.4 Electrical unit
<Lamp housing fan (Fan ASSY)>
1) Remove the connector to the lamp housing fan that is connected to the CPU
board.
Simultaneously, detach the connectors that lead the cables around the lamp
housing fan.
2) Remove the duct.
3) Remove the screws (sems, P3 M3x35) fixing the lamp housing fan, and detach
it.
