*Type there is a groove in the base
4) Adjust the elevation angle direction using the elevation angle adjustment screws, and
adjust the rotation direction by inserting a flat-blade screwdriver in the “rotation direction
adjustment groove” and the “M1 ASSY groove” found within the circle at ★ in the figure
below and turning.
Adjust the light image so that is on the center point of the target cell mark.
5) Fix the M1 ASSY.
8) Load the water-filled flow cell.
9) Install the mask M1-L (P/N 228-34183) on Mirror 1.
10) Confirm the light image on the mirror 2 meets the following conditions.
・ Should perfectly abut the center of Mirror 2
・ Should be no shadow in the image
・ Should be no distortion of image shape
6.3.4 W Lamp House Adjustment
(W Lamp Adjustment, Please read Instruction manual)
1) Turn OFF the D2 lamp, and turn ON the W lamp.
2) Attach the mask M1-L.
