7) After confirming that the baseline is stable, press [Next] and proceed to
<Measurement of absorbance of approx. 4AU>.
8) With the syringe, inject 1 mL of caffeine 4 AU solution into the cell.
9) After confirming that the baseline is stable, press [Next].
10) The spectra after the respective 1.2 nm and 8 nm slit width corrections are displayed.
If there is no problem, press [Next] and set the correction value in the instrument.
