Bit 00 = Summary Bit (On if any other bit is on)
Bit 01 = Voltage Phase A
Bit 02 = Voltage Phase B
Bit 03 = Voltage Phase C
Bit 04 = Current Phase A
Bit 05 = Current Phase B
Bit 06 = Current Phase C
This register is controlled by the voltage and
current phase loss alarms. These alarms must
be configured and enabled for this register to
be populated.
