5.1 Basic functions

Note:
In an application with two generators, only one is started. The other generator is started in
the next cycle.
When the automatic test starts, the unit is tested for the time defined in P11.14. Before the
generator starts, the message "T.AUT" is shown on the display.
Note
Cooling time
In the automatic test the cooling time of the generator is not taken into consideration.
5.1.7.1 Enabling the automatic test
The automatic test can be implemented in two different ways:
● By means of the menu P11 (see chapter P11)
● By opening the AUTOMATIC TEST page
Activation / deactivation via the AUTOMATIC TEST page
1. Press the ◄ and ► keys simultaneously
2. Select the emergency power unit to be tested by pressing ▲ or ▼
3. Activate the test by pressing the ► key; deactivate it by pressing the ◄ key
4. Press the ✓ key to save the settings
