Operation on different line system configurations
The Power Modules are designed for the following power distribution systems according to
IEC 60364-1.

At an installation altitude of more than 1000 m, heed the information in Chapter Derating
(Page 31).
TN system
In a TN system, a point of the generator or the transformer is grounded, normally the neutral
point. The housing of the consumer is also connected with the ground using this cable.
Neutral and PE conductors can be fed separately (N / PE) or together (PEN).

● Power Modules without line filter are permitted to be operated on all TN systems.
● Power Modules with integrated or external line filter are permitted to be operated only on
TN systems with a grounded neutral point.
