SPECIAL CASES:
• Customer check on gauging (in the event of worn cutter)
Do 1st gauging operation:
- if within tolerance press STOP
- if gauging is upgraded and adjustments are made, do the 2nd gauging operations as well (only with the optional
feeder unit).
• Cutter replacement
Do 1st gauging operation:
- if within tolerance press STOP
- if gauging is upgraded and adjustments are made, do the 2nd gauging operations as well.(only with the optional
feeder unit).
• Sensor replacement
Do 1st gauging operation:
- if within tolerance press STOP
- if gauging is upgraded and adjustments are made, do the 2nd gauging operations as well.(only with the optional
feeder unit).
• Basic PCB replacement
Do all gauging operations again
• Loader PCB replacement
No gauging operations to carry out
• Optic reader replacement
Do 2^ gauging operation (only with the optional feeder unit).
• Cutting side clamp replacement
Do 1st gauging operation:
- if within tolerance press STOP
- if gauging is upgraded and adjustments are made, do the 2nd gauging operations as well.
• Reading side clamp replacement
Do 2nd gauging operation (only with the optional feeder unit).
• Optional Automatic clamp replacement
Do 2nd gauging operation
• Ball screw replacement
Do 1st gauging operation:
- if within tolerance press STOP
- if gauging is upgraded and adjustments are made, do the 2nd gauging operations as well (only with the optional
feeder unit).
• Cutter shaft replacement
Do 1st gauging operation:
