7.6 BELT REPLACEMENT AND TENSION ADJUSTMENT
To replace the belt proceed as follows:
1) Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the power supply.
2) Access the top compartment (Ch.7.3).
3) Loosen the 2 belt tightening screws (H3) and the 4 screws (H4) on the motor support plate.
• to replace:
4) pull the worn belt off the pulleys.
5) tthenewbeltontothepulleys.
• to adjust tension:
6) Adjust belt tension by tightening the 2 belt tightening screws (H3).
7) Tighten the 4 motor support plate screws (H4).
8) Put back the top cover and secure with the 4 screws (U2) (Ch. 7.3).
