INPUT MISMATCH
XX
A mismatch occurred in the sampling
of a subset of inputs between the two
microcontrollers. The hexadecimal
value "XX" facilitates Zapi technicians
debugging the problem.
Restart the machine. If the code is
still present without driving, replace
the controller.
160-TILTED MACHINE TILTED
The tilt sensor data reports the machine
is tilted.
Check the installation conguration
parameter and the calibration of the
tilt sensor.
163-M2 ERR
ED SLIP
MISMATCH
Alarm related to the motor control
algorithm.
Ask assistance to Zapi technicians.
169-M2 ERR
ENCODER D.ERR
XX
This alarm occurs only when the
controller is congured as PMSM and
the feedback sensor selected is the
encoder. The A and B pulse sequence is
not correct. The hexadecimal value "XX"
facilitates Zapi technicians debugging
the problem.
Check the motor harness and motor
to see if the speed feedback sensor
may be faulty. If so, replace the
controller.
170-CTRL ERR WRONG KEY VOLT.
The measured key voltage is not the
right one for the inverter.
Check the key voltage with a volt
meter. Check battery voltage and
condition.
