Cleaning Chamber
DANGER
SLIPPING HAZARD
Water or hydrogen peroxide spilled on the floor presents a slipping hazard promptly clean up the spill. If
in doubt whether the liquid is water or hydrogen peroxide, assume spill is hydrogen peroxide. Put on
appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE; refer to Glossary), contain the spill and dilute with
water (at least 20 parts water to one part H2O2) prior to wiping up. Observe all hydrogen peroxide
handling precautions. Refer to the Sterilant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for spill containment and cleanup.
Any visible liquids in the chamber or on the load must be treated as concentrated hydrogen peroxide.

appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE; refer to Glossary), spill containment and cleanup.
IMPORTANT: The entire chamber should be wiped down and rinsed following any spills or other soiling.
1. Press Standby Screen touch pad on SELECT CYCLE screen to disable chamber heaters.
NOTE: Chamber is warm. Allow chamber to cool prior to cleaning.
2. Remove shelf assembly before cleaning chamber by pulling shelves out to stop, tilting front of shelves up,
remove from chamber.
3. Clean inside of chamber and shelf assembly with a non-linting cloth and distilled or RO water. Only use water
(deionized or RO).
4. Dry inside of chamber and shelf assembly with a non-linting cloth.
5. Once chamber is clean and dry, replace shelf assembly using reverse of appropriate procedure given in Step 2.
6. Touch screen anywhere to return to CYCLE screen.
7. Allow chamber to warm.
Cleaning Touch Screen
The Sterilization System contains a touch panel on either one or both sides depending on single door or double door
configuration. Clean the touch screen at regular intervals (at least once a week) as follows:
1. Ensure Sterilization System power is OFF.
2. Using water with detergent, screen cleaning agent or alcohol (Ethanol), dampen a clean cloth. Do NOT spray fluid
directly on screen. Avoid detergents containing ammonia.
3. Gently wipe screen.
4. Dry with clean, lint-free cloth.
