Suzuki RM-Z250 - Intake Pipe Removal; Intake Pipe Installation

6-20 CYLINDER HEAD, CYLINDER AND PISTON
INTAKE PIPE REMOVAL
• Remove the intake pipe clamp 1.
• Remove intake pipe 3 by removing its bolts 2.
INTAKE PIPE INSTALLATION
• Apply grease to O-ring of the intake pipe.
 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install the intake pipe 1 and tighten the intake pipe bolts 2 to
the specified torque.
NOTE:
Make sure that the “UP” mark A faces up.
Intake pipe bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 Ibf-ft)
