REMOVAL
• Place the motorcycle on a block to lift rear wheel off the
ground.
• Remove the seat and right frame cover. (5-2)
• Loosen the air cleaner clamp screw 1.
• Remove the rubber band 2.
• Disconnect the IAT sensor coupler 3 and remove the clamp
4.
• Loosen the muffler connector clamp bolt 5.
• Remove the muffler 7 by removing its bolts 6.
• Remove the seat rail 9 by removing its bolts 8.
• Remove the rear shock absorber upper mounting bolt and nut
