CRANKCASE REED VALVE INSPECTION
• Inspect the crankcase reed valve 1 and reed valve guide 2
for crack and damage.
• If any defects are found, replace the crankcase reed valve
and reed valve guide with a new one.
OIL SEAL INSPECTION
• Inspect each oil seal lip A for wear and damage.
• If any defects are found, replace the oil seal with a new one.
OIL SEAL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
• Remove the oil seals (1, 2, 5) with the special tool.
09913-50121: Oil seal remover
• Remove the oil seal (3, 4) with the suitable tool.
The removed oil seal should be discard.
