STEERING
REMOVAL
HANDLEBARS
• Place the motorcycle on a block to lift front wheel off the
ground.
• Remove the front number plate and handlebar pad.

• Remove the clamps 1.
• Remove the engine stop switch 3 by removing its screw 2.
• Remove the clutch lever holder 5 removing its bolts 4.
NOTE:
Mark the paint marks A to the matching surfaces of clutch lever
holder and handlebars, left handlebar grip and handlebars.
• Remove the left handlebar grip 6.
• Remove the front brake master cylinder holder bolts 7.
NOTE:
Mark the paint mark B to the matching surface of master cylin-
der holder and handlebars before removing.
• Remove the throttle case screws 8.
NOTE:
Mark the paint mark C to the matching surface of throttle holder
and handlebars before removing.
• Slightly loosen the handlebar holder set nuts 9.
