INNER TUBE
• Separate the inner tube 1 out of the outer tube 2.
• Remove the slide bushing 3 from the inner tube 1.
• Remove the following parts from the inner tube 1.
Guide bushing 4
Seal retainer 5
Oil seal 6
Stopper ring 7
Dust seal 8
DANPER ROD AND COMPRESSION DAMPER UNIT
• Clamp the bottom (flat part) of the sub-tank with a vise.
• Loosen the compression damper unit 1.
• Remove the compression damper unit 1 from the sub-tank
2.
NOTE:
Slowly compress the inner rod 3 until it stops so that the com-
pression damper unit can be removed easily.
Do not clamp the sub-tank too tight.
